RENISHAW Ballbar Calibration is a technique used to check the accuracy and performance of CNC machines.In this processs a precision ballbar device is installes between the machine's spindle and table to measure deviations in its circular motion. As the CNC machine follows a circular path, the ballbar sensor detects geomatric errors such as backlash, squarenesse errors servo mismatches and scaling errors. Software the analyzes these deviations and generates a circularity error chart, providing  clear understanding of the machine's precision and performance.
